  • The program will run from September 2026 - August 2027 (exact dates to be agreed).

  • Deadline: 23:59, 12th May.
The interview process

We want to give a selected number of people the opportunity to interview and to receive objective feedback. Interviewing can be daunting, so it is important to gain more experience so that you become more confident. We will also give you some hints before your interview.

The recruitment process:
  1. The Application Brief: Pitch Your Guilty Pleasure  To kick things off, we want to see how you think and communicate! Instead of a traditional cover letter, candidates are asked to submit a presentation (maximum of 5 slides) making a compelling, highly convincing argument for one of their biggest "guilty pleasures." We are looking for personality, persuasion, and a spark of creativity - show us how you can champion an unconventional idea!
  2. The Initial Interview:  We will review the presentations and select the top 5 to 7 candidates for a primary interview. This is a relaxed, conversational stage where we get to know you, discuss your interest in the creative industry, and learn more about your eagerness to develop new skills.
  3. The Pitch: Presenting to the Department  The strongest 3 candidates from the interview stage will be invited to meet the wider team. You will be asked to present your 5-slide "Guilty Pleasure" deck live to a small group of Creatives. This is your chance to show off your communication skills and see what it feels like to share ideas in a real agency environment.
  4. The Final Decision:  Following the presentations, the Creative Team will regroup to discuss the finalists and choose their favorite candidate to offer the internship to. We base our final decision on enthusiasm, creative potential, and team fit.
